Gifts I do not recommend
Dribble Up: This was not a good gift for my kids, it might be good for others but it ended up being a very expensive cheap soccer ball. Your player has to be a self-starter at a young age for this gift to work or you have to hound or bribe your kid to use it. My older, more advanced players thought it was dumb and my younger kids could not get engaged.
Franklin: Anything made by Franklin especially rebounders, they start out well but break or come out of alignment fairly quickly. They are usually pretty cheap which is probably because you pay for what you get.
